| 内容記述 | Forty‐four feeds for broiler and 42 feeds for layer, which were commercially available in Luzon, Philippines, were collected, and the aflatoxins (AFs) contamination was investigated by the immunoaffinity column–HPLC method. AFs were detected in 40 (90%) of 44 broiler feeds. The average ± SD of AFB1 was 1.04±1.64 µg/kg, and the maximum was 8.05 µg/kg. The average ± SD of total AFs was 1.20±1.71 µg/kg, with a maximum of 9.19 µg/kg. AFs were detected in 40 (98%)out of 42 layer feeds The average ± SD of AFB1 was 1.63±0.17 µg/kg, with a maximum of 12.72 µg/kg. The average ± SD of total AFs was 1.72±2.85 µg/kg with a maximum of 13.79 µg/kg. No samples exceeded the regulatory limits (total AFs, 20 µg/kg) set by the Philippines, but one sample exceeded the EU regulatory limit (AFB1, 10 µg/kg). As a result of comparison with the contamination of AFs feeds for chicken in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, the contamination frequency was almost the same, but the contamination concentration was 1/6 to 1/18 lower in the Philippine feeds than feeds in Indonesia. | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | フィリピン・ルソン島で市販されていたブロイラー用飼料44検体と採卵鶏用飼料42検体を収集し、イムノアフィニテーカラム–HPLC法でアフラトキシン（AF）の汚染調査を行った。ブロイラー用飼料44検体中40検体（90%）からAFsが検出された。AFB1の平均±SDは1.04±1.64µg/kg、最大値は8.05µg/kgであった。総AF（AFB1、B2、G1とG2の合計値）の平均±SDは1.20±1.71µg/kg、最大値は9.19µg/kgであった。また、採卵鶏用飼料42検体中40検体（98%）からAFsが検出された。AFB1の平均±SDは1.63±0.17µg/kg、最大値は12.72µg/kgであった。総AFの平均±SDは1.72±2.85µg/kg、最大値は13.79µg/kgであった。フィリピンの規制値を超えている検体はなかったが、1検体がEUの規制値（AFB1、10µg/kg）を超えていた。インドネシア・ジョグジャカルタの鶏用飼料AFs汚染との比較を行った結果、汚染頻度はほぼ変わらなかったが、汚染濃度はフィリピン飼料の方が1/6〜1/18も低かった。 | |||||||||||||||||
