新人看護師への医療安全に関する教育展開をリスクマネージャーがどのように認識しているかを明らかにすることを目的とし, 全国国立病院機構のジェネラルリスクマネージャー194名に対して, 自記式質問紙を用いた郵送調査を実施した. 研究の目的, 研究への協力は自由意志であること, 結果は対象者の匿名を確保し, 本研究目的以外に使用しないことを記載し, 同意の得られた54名を分析対象とした。 結果の公表についても承諾を得た.臨床現場では, 医療安全の基盤となる知識から教育が行われ, 演習やグループワーク, 技術チェックやテストを取り入れるなど, 新人看護師に対するきめ細やかな教育がなされていた. また, 知識と実践が伴わないことや確認・報告・相談ができない, 医療安全に関する意識の低さなどを課題として挙げていた. 看護基礎教育に対する期待としては, 確認・報告・相談の重要性, ヒューマンエラー, 危険予知能力や看護職の責任などの教育を取り上げていた.今後, 看護基礎教育では, 医療安全教育の基盤となる知識を深め, 看護職としての責任感を持ち, 患者の安全を第一に考え行動できる看護師を育成していくことが大切と考える. さらに, 臨床では, 看護基礎教育で学習した内容を実践できるように教育を強化し, 直接医療事故の予防につながる教育の定着を図ることが望まれている. |

In order to clarify the development of medical safety education for novice nurses as perceived by risk managers, self-administered questionnaires were mailed to 194 risk managers in national hospitals across Japan. A total of 54 risk managers consented to participate in the study after receiving and explanation of the study objective, and assurance that their participation would be voluntary, their anonymity would be ensured, the results would only be used for this research purpose, and the results would be published.In clinical settings, education is based on knowledge, which is the foundation of medical safety, and thorough education is provided to novice nurses through lectures, group works and skill checks and tests. In addition, the following are considered problems regarding medical safety : knowledge does not necessarily match practice ; inability to confirm, report or consult ; and low levels of awareness of medical safety. Surbey responses identified the following goals for future basic nursing education : the importance of confirmation, reporting and consultation, human errors, risk anticipation, and nurse responsibilities.In the future, it is necessary for basic nursing education to develop nurses who have deep knowledge as a foundation of medical safety education, possess a sense of responsibility as nursing professionals, and are capabele of acting with safety as the number one priority. Furthermore, in clinical settings, it is desirable to enhance education in order to make the contents of basic nursing education reflect clinical practice and directly prevent medical accidents. |
