| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，訪問看護事業所の看護職，訪問介護事業所のサービス提供責任者，居宅介護支援事業所の介護支援専門員を対象とし，そのチーム活動と個人特性および事業所特性，職場環境との関連を明らかにすることである．近畿圏の三事業所500か所ずつ，計1,500か所を無作為抽出し，無記名自記式質問紙を用いた横断的調査を実施した．有効回収数は781票（52.1%）であった．チーム活動と強い関連がみられた要因は，標準化係数（β）の大きい順に，「利用者との良好な関係」「上司・同僚との良好な関係」「利用者が信頼しているチームメンバー」「保険外サービスの情報」「職場外連携研修」「職場内現任研修」であった．実践度の向上には，利用者および家族との良好な関係を築き，上司・同僚との人間関係を良好に保つこと，保険外サービス情報を把握すること，事業所内に職場内現任研修と職場外連携研修を整備することが求められる． | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The objective of this study was to identify the factors related to the practice degree of utilizing an inter-professional team approach among home-visit nurses, home-visit chief helpers and care managers. 500 places for each home-visit nursing agencies, home-visit care agencies and agencies preparing care service plans in the Kinki area of Japan were randomly selected. The research design was a cross-sectional mailed survey with self-administered anonymous questionnaires. 781 (52.1%) valid responses were obtained. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
