| 内容記述 | 中国、インドネシア、ベトナム市販の焙煎およびインスタントコーヒーのオクラトキシン類の汚染調査を行った。焙煎コーヒーの場合、中国市販品の3検体（9.7%）でオクラトキシンA（OTA）OTAが検出され、全検体平均値は0.024μg/kgであった。インドネシア市販品ではOTAは1検体（3.3%）から検出され、全検体検体平均値は0.06μg/kgであった。ベトナムの市販品ではOTAの10検体（31.3%）から検出され、全検体の平均値は0.09μg/kgであった。OTAのEU規制値の5μg/kgを超えている検体はなかった。インスタントコーヒーの場合、中国市販品の7検体（36.8%）でOTAが検出され、全検体平均値は0.53μg/kgであった。インドネシア市販品は、OTAは11検体（26.7%）から検出され、全検体検体平均値は0.12μg/kgであった。ベトナム市販品では、OTAの14検体（46.7%）から検出され、全検体平均値は0.45μg/kgであった。OTAのインスタントコーヒーのEU規制値の10μg/kgを超えている検体はなかった。以上のことから、これらの国で市販されていたオクラトキシン類の汚染は低レベルでリスクは低いと考えられた。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Roasted coffee and instant coffee sold in China, Indonesia and Vietnam were investigated for contamination with ochratoxins. In the case of roasted coffee, ochratoxin A (OTA) was detected in 3 samples (9.7%) of Chinese commercial products, and the average value of all samples was 0.024 μg/kg. OTA was detected in 1 sample (3.3%) of the Indonesian marketed product, and the mean value of all samples was 0.06 μg/kg. In Vietnam, it was detected in 10 OTA samples (31.3%), with an average value of 0.09 μg/kg for all samples. None of the samples exceeded the OTA EU regulation value of 5 μg/kg. In the case of instant coffee, OTA was detected in 7 samples (36.8%) of Chinese commercial products, and the average value of all samples was 0.53 μg/kg. OTA was detected in 11 samples (26.7%) of Indonesian marketed products, and the mean value of all samples was 0.12 μg/kg. In Vietnam, OTA was detected in 14 samples (46.7%), with an average value of 0.45 μg/kg for all samples. None of the samples exceeded the EU regulation value of 10 μg/kg for OTA instant coffee. Based on the above, the level of contamination with ochratoxins commercially available in these countries was low and the risk was low.
