目的: 本研究の目的は，来日学校保健研修（以下、来日研修）に参加したカンボジア国の行政担当者・教員が帰国後に必要としている課題についてセミナーを実施し，その効果を評価し，セミナー内容を定着させるための課題を明らかにすることである．来日研修とは，JICA草の根事業により実施した日本での学校保健、衛生環境に関する視察である． |

方法: 調査対象者は，セミナー参加者24名であった．セミナーとは，来日研修帰国後に実施される，講義・演習と情報交換で構成され，複数回実施されるものである．本研究では，講義，情報交換で構成された保健と保健室に関するセミナーを対象とした．
データの収集は，6項目の事前事後質問紙調査とインタビュー調査を実施した．分析はノンパラメトリック検定と記述的分析であった．データは，第三者によって収集された匿名データを受理し分析をおこなったため倫理的問題はなかった． |

結果: 6質問項目のうち5項目は実施前後で有意差があったが，理解が深まった段階にはないといえる．インタビューでは，資料の事前配布，通訳等の要望があった． |

考察: セミナーでは言語的な壁や時間制約の問題があり，十分に理解が得られた段階までには至らなかった．理解を促進するための母国語セミナーや現地スタッフの継続的な実地指導によりセミナー内容の定着を図る必要がある．また教員の基礎能力の影響や教員同士の相互協力，社会資源との連携，教育行政の課題なども解決する必要がある． |

Aim: The purpose of this research is to conduct a seminar on administrative staff and faculty members in Cambodia who participated in the school health training in Japan (hereinafter referred to as “Japan visit to Japan”) after their return home, evaluate the effect, It is to clarify the problem to fix the content of the seminar.
The visit to Japan is an inspection on school health and sanitation environment in Japan implemented by JICA grass-roots project, and the seminar consists of lectures, exercises and information exchange and is carried out more than once. In this research, we aimed at seminars that disseminate knowledge on health and public health rooms composed of lectures and information exchanges. |

Methods: The subjects to be surveyed were 24 seminar participants. To collect data, we conducted 6 items of pre / post questionnaire survey and interview survey. The analysis was a nonparametric test and a descriptive analysis. Data received ethical issues because it accepted and analyzed anonymous data collected by third parties. |

Discussion: Since seminars have problems of linguistic walls and time constraints, it is necessary to promote consolidation of seminars by mother tongue seminars to promote understanding and continuous on-site instruction of the local staff. Moreover, it is necessary to solve the influence of the teacher's basic ability, mutual cooperation among teachers, cooperation with social resources, issues of educational administration etc. |
